Ahhh Ibiza, you never fail to disappoint! No matter the location on the island, when you see photographs from an Ibiza wedding they are always breathtaking and literally make you want to hop on the next flight out there.

Shash and Saul tied the knot at the luxurious Atzaro Hotel and Spa and as their love blossomed for the wonderful White Isle, they vowed on their wedding day that they would come back a year later on their anniversary and replicate some of the magic.

And so they did just that! In a romantic anniversary/trash the dress style shoot Shash and Saul walked in their footsteps from the year before. First stop was Atzaro where bright white buildings and turquoise pools are intertwined with rich greenery and blooming bourgainvillea, before the couple headed to the beach for some spectacular sundown shots.

Like most couples who wed on the White Isle, Shash and Saul will not doubt be wanting just one night in Ibiza every year. There’s something so special about the idyllic island of Ibiza that makes you want to keep coming back year after year.

Shash says:

“On the 18th June 2012 my husband and I got married on the sunny white isle of Ibiza at San Miguel Church and partied away at Atzaro Hotel and Spa until the wee hours of the next morning in true Ibiza style.”
“We decided the next day that we would definitely come back for our 1 year anniversary to see all our new friends who helped make the day so special. One of the them was Gypsy Westwood our fantastic wedding photographer.”

Real Wedding – Island Love In Ibiza

You Mean The World To Me

Kylie & Rob   ♥   Ibiza, Spain

Photographer:   Gypsy Westwood

Kylie and Rob spent their first holiday as a couple on the wonderful White Isle of Ibiza. As it goes with most visitors to this blissful Balearic Island, they instantly fell in love with the laid-back yet luxurious lifestyle and vowed to tie the knot on these very sunshiny shores if they were to wed. Fast-forward a couple of years and they did just that, choosing the breathtaking Amante Shore Club as their venue.

Set in a stunning cove, Amante is etched into the cliff face with uninterrupted views of Sol D’en Serra Bay. ‘Amante’ translates to ‘lovers’ and so this super-lovely couple used the theme of love throughout their wedding day.

With a relaxed yet oh-so-elegant vibe, Kylie and Rob really captured the magic of Ibiza and worked it into their big day.

Sit back, put some Balearic beats on and enjoy some White Isle love….

Kylie says:

“My now husband and I were first invited to the wonderful island of Ibiza by some family friends who were living on the island. At first we were a little skeptical, as at the time we were not hugely into the music/clubbing scene and heard some rumors about Ibiza. The moment we touched down and stepped foot onto the White Isle we have never looked back since. We were lucky as we were taken around the whole island during our one-week stay and absolutely fell in love with it! The natural beauty and the aura that the island gave off was amazing.  At this time we had only been dating less than a year and left the island saying ‘If we last, let’s get married here’ – this was in July 2008.”

Gypsy Westwood Photography – Ibiza

Real bride review:

“I couldn’t have wanted anything more from my wedding photographer!”

“My (now) husband and I, were recommended Gypsy by Eat Ibiza who were doing the catering for our wedding in Ibiza. We met with Gypsy when we visited Ibiza for our food tasting with Eat Ibiza, eight months before our wedding day. Gypsy was meeting with a lot of her future couples/clients that weekend and so booked us in to meet up with her over a coffee in Santa Eulalia. We instantly felt that we were in good hands – Gypsy had forms at the ready for us to fill out and questions to ask us that we hadn’t really thought about.”
