Not being ones to shy away from a celebration beverage (or two….okay three….alright, who needs to put a number on it!), and with destination weddings in mind, we thought we would take you on a journey around the world in 16 iconic cocktails.

Signature wedding cocktails have long been a feature at US weddings, so take inspiration from our American neighbours and personalise a drinks menu for your guests. Here’s a sample of some worldwide cocktails that could also celebrate your destination wedding location, your favourite holiday spots or maybe even places that you’ve lived as a couple.

Discuss your cocktail ideas with your venue and/or caterers to ensure the cocktails of your choice are a possibility and within your budget. The typical ingredients are listed for each cocktail to help you choose your favourite flavours.
